The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a little far from old Toledo so we had to take a bus to get there.
I definitely will keep this hotel in mind if I have to go back to Toledo
Very clean, comfortable room with underground car parking available for an extra cost. Cheap taxi rides to and from the old town. Sunday breakfast was MANIC as everyone turned up at once which resulted in long queues for the coffee machines!
It was clean, comfy, and had under ground parking (extra fee). Their buffet breakfast was a bit pricey but very nice. About 1 km from sites. So we walked there to the sites no problem. Don’t take your vehicle into the walled part of the old city unless you are a Europe pro driver & parker.
Everything was excellent, the times for breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant could be better.
Laundry service gives you no notification of when it is ready as you have to collect from reception
The hotel was extremely nice. The young lady receptionist was so nice and helpful. Lobby was very spacious. The restaurant was also very large. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel is good but for a four-star hotel it’s lacking. There is no tea kettle in the room, there are even no Kleenex in the room. Very few electrical outlets, and in bathroom ceiling I see mold. The air conditioner temperature of the room needs to be a little colder.
The city of Toledo is amazing but my experience in the hotel can be resumed by the following letter I send to the manager after my staying.
Some hours after leave the hotel, making a new check-in in another hotel in other city of Spain I've figure out I have forgotten some stuff in the safe inside the room.
"Dear Manager,
I have some points about my complaint which I would like to be answered:
After I had closed the safe of the room #544 when was the safe opened again? By who?
I know this information can be obtained using the safe's auditory function.
The receptionist said there was a new guest in the room when I called asking about my stuff. Could the new guest answer if they used the safe, the safe was locked? Because I leave the room and didn't open the safe to take my stuff.
And the final question based in a weird information: if the receptionist went in the room and unlocked the safe and find nothing inside, as she has reported me, why the safe was locked empty?
You don't know me, maybe you are thinking I'm trying to get something doing that, but it's not my objective. I just would like to get what is mine: driver license, money, health insurance certificates, vaccinations certificates and wallet.
I did a "denuncia" in Spain Police website by number 2909/22.
I'm not a junior traveler I've been traveling frequently for the last 15 years and never had a similar bad experience like that.
Waiting for your reply.
Thank you in advance"
