「Room was clean. The description stated that the unit would contain an oven, which it did not. It only had a countertop stove plate. Also, very limited electrical outlets working in the bedrooms. It was an accessible room so this is a significant issue. Missing 2/3 TV remotes. However, overall a good experience and met our needs for the weekend. 」

「Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!」

「Bathroom hooks and bathroom storage would go a long way, as would cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Aside from salt and pepper, the spice rack was well stocked, and the pots, pans, utensils and dishes were great. Good location, lots of restaurants, shops, and history - highly walkable and public transit is right outside. 」
