「Great hotel with a very friendly welcome at reception. All the staff we came across were excellent. Went out of their way to check we were ok and comfortable. Big thanks to the Cleaning staff who found some items my elderly Dad had lost en route to the room and hunted us down until we had them back. 「The location is good, close to everywhere. It’s just like the rest of the Best Western Hotels. You can park your car next to your room, but there’s no elevator if you are staying upstairs. The clean ladies were super nice. Some front desk are nice, some are just so so. It’s a budget hotel but not with a budget price. I did not have other choices, the hotels in that area just so expensive.」
