「Small but clean room and en suite shower room. Was a little noisy from the main road with the window open but fine at night when closed. The charging sockets were useful and the host was really helpful, letting me borrow a hairdryer. Parking was easy around the back of the property and access was convenient through the side entrance. Perfect for my needs this weekend and good value.」

「We needed somewhere to stay and this place did the job option for late check out was there which was good and lots of good food options nearby. Staff were helpful and the room was decent and clean toilet and shower was also clean. Id rate it better than most basic big chain hotel brands」

「Very comfy beds. I don’t usually like a soft bed, but these were nice. Bedding was soft and pillows not too bulky. Had a good sleep. And Amiee, on reception was delightful x 」

「The location was great, was out the way so a nice change, but still close enough to various amenities local. The room was cozy and clean. The bed was amazingly comfy! Had the best nights sleep! Will definitely be staying here again, cant wait for my next trip!」

「There’s not a lot that can be said about Tumbleweed Cottage that hasn’t been said before - really is a rarity to find somewhere that ticks all the boxes from quality of bed and bedding to fabulously prepared fresh breakfast- not my first stay and certainly won’t be my last !! 「Lovely friendly place to stay ,staff were amazing and couldnt be more helpful.Only downfall was they did not do food ,we had a busy schedule and had to go out very early for breakfast ,no private parking but could park on street at side of property also no lifts so no good to people who are disabled」
