We'd usually stayed a local motels just for the convenience, but those were unexpectedly out of our price range this time, so we were delighted to find this B&B in a historic home, in the neighborhood where one of us had grown up. Being in town made it more convenient than the motels which are near the interstate west of town. We worried about a shared rather than a private bath, but there was no problem as there was only one other bedroom occupied and our schedules did not "collide."

This was one of the best B & B experience I ever had.... And I am happened to be a world traveler. Me and my wife arrived at cozy Jacqueline house greeted by the owner Becky and she showed me around the house and helped us settle in. She also explained us about the local areas and even gave us restaurant suggestion which we ended up tried. Food and the service was so wonderful, we would drive up just to dine at the place again. This was a hidden gem with the house that is very modern and...

Breakfast bags to go is a great idea.

Excellent. Friendly. Unique. Helpful!

Our room was very clean, I especially liked the hard surface wipes. Coffee and tea in room. Complimentary waters at check in ( frig in room). Complimentary popcorn cookies and soup in lobby and very nice complimentary breakfast. Everything you need for the bathroom including makeup wipes which I really liked because I hate leaving mascara marks on towels.

from the moment I checked in the staff was so pleasant. The lobby is very clean and the rooms are just as perfect.

Beautiful place. We love the room and property. Very clean. Downtown are is very nice and close

Clean, very well maintained room. Good breakfast: "ok" selection, very good quality.

More Handicap parking closer to entrance would be nicer. The staff saw me struggling to walk with my cane so a employee ran over with a wheel chair and took me all the way to our room and said we can keep it till we check out. She also went back and found the foot pads for the chair which made it easier to elevate the legs. Also I checked the second day of our stay and asked if I could take the chair with us to see some family in the area and he checked and said ok which was a great help as I...

Holiday inn express never disappoints.

We were pleasantly surprised after booking this room last minute to find such a lovely property. It is convenient to the Allegheny River Trail and has a winery, pizza shop and restaurant right by on property. Loved the beautiful view of the river, comfy beds and the Keurig coffee in room as well as a continental breakfast included.

We thoroughly enjoyed the professional staff, excellent facility and good location! It will definitely will be our place of choice on our next visit to Northeastern Ohio.

Everything was fine

Great hotel

Such a lovely quiet place. Such a nice place to escape to!

Location

Everything was wonderful

Excellent room, cleanliness, service, and common areas. Food was so-so, but that may have been because of recent opening from virus shutdown.

Wonderful motel. Clean and comfy. Loved that the owner took time to visit with us. Great personal touch. Will stay here again b
