「This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...

「Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things...」

「Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move...
