The hotel was decent right by the airport only issue was the WiFi didn’t work. Everything else was good.
Staff was aggressively rude on the phone. I picked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. AFTER I booked I found out the shuttle ran a limited shift that ended when my flight was due and it was tough luck.
This hotel is very outdated and services are very limited. Bathroom with shower is about 4ft X 5ft, it is so small that you have to stand in the tub to close the door, door swing clears the toilet by about 1". Room size is good and bed was comfortable. There is no lounge as described, nor is there breakfast. As other expereinced, there was confrontation and police during my stay as well. I can also attest to the cockroaches as one was in my tub the morning I checked out. If my stay was going to be longer than 1 day I would have changed hotels rather than checking in to this one. Would defintiely not book again. There are alot of other nice hotels in the immediate vicinity.

La habitación tenía óxido en la ducha, y eso da mala apariencia. Además el jabón es insuficiente para bañarse y no es de buena calidad, de hecho el jabón es grasoso, uno siente que no se duchó. Por último el personal de recepción no está capacitado para resolver problemas, mi shuttle services del hotel lo reservé desde el día antes en front desk, y al día siguiente nunca llegó a tiempo y por eso tuve que pagar Uber… la otra chica de front desk me dijo que en la recepción me lo debieron advertir que podían haber atrasos o cancelaciones del shuttle, pero que como no me avisaron desde el hotel tampoco podía hacer nada. Evidentemente ella no quiso ayudar a buscar una solución. Lo mínimo que esperaría del hotel es que me hagan un refund del precio del Uber ya que fue culpa de ellos que mi shuttle nunca llagara a tiempo. Nunca me volvería a hospedar allí

Door key didn’t work front desk had to come use their key to open the door, so basically i was stuck in my room because i didn’t want to have the front desk have to come let me in. Also the room had a strong mildew odor. The shower and tub was dirty and when i told the front desk they said the cleaning crew was already gone.

My experience was absolutely horrible. Due to a prior hurricane this hotel wasn’t open when I arrived. I had no idea and arrived to closed doors. The day prior I received an email from Expedia stating everything was confirmed and there was no need to call the hotel. Expedia customer service did absolutely nothing to compensate me or help me find another booking and I was left having to find another hotel at midnight. The only thing available was twice what this room cost and 30 minutes away. Expedia didn’t see an issue with this and simply said they weren’t aware the hotel was closed and I wouldn’t be charged by a closed property. I looked on the site and this property is no longer available for bookings, which leads me to believe that Expedia was fully aware that they weren’t open and just were irresponsible and didn’t let me the consumer know. Sitting in a hotel parking lot for an hour chatting with multiple agents who kept getting disconnected to receive absolutely no help is unacceptable. To confirm my booking was secure with a closed hotel was unacceptable. I flew from Philadelphia to Houston and had nowhere to stay. Expedia dropped the ball BIG TIME and I still haven’t received the slightest bit of sympathy or any type of compensation for my inconvenience.

This property was closed. I found out on arrival via Uber at 1am since my flight was delayed 4 hours and it was after their designated free shuttle times. I’m still waiting for Orbitz to refund me. But the stress of the ordeal should be compensated as well. Beware! Do not book here.

They did not communicate that there was no power before we went.
Pretty scary tbh. The lock in the room was broken, the elevator was broken, we were on the third floor and the stairs were not lit. When we walked in the lobby smelled like weed and the breakfast was stale at best.
