"Everything was pretty decent but it was 11pm and there was kids running the halls and slamming doors. There was no adults in the room with the kids. At one point I heard a parent come in and tell them to stop but nothing happened."

"We have stayed at Hotel Colorado several times and our stay has always been wonderful. I love the history related to this hotel. It is so interesting. The staff are always helpful, the food is very good, love the coffee shop. It is a very easy walk to Grand Ave which is the main street through town for shops and restaurants. "

"This was honestly one of the more frustrating hotel stays I’ve had. At about 6:45am, I was woken up by housekeeping right outside my door and in the rooms next to me. Vacuuming, doors slamming over and over, people talking in the hallway. Not 9am. Not even 8am. Before 7am. That’s just not okay. My room was also right next to a heavy exterior door to the parking lot that slammed every time someone went in or out, so even before housekeeping started, it wasn’t exactly a quiet setup. I called the front desk thinking they’d at least acknowledge it, and instead got a pretty dismissive response. The guy said, “What do you want? They need to clean the rooms.” No apology, no attempt to fix anything. Just attitude. After that, I called the corporate line and still haven’t heard anything back. Between being woken up that early by staff, the noise, and how it was handled, this really missed the mark. I’ve asked for a full refund because this wasn’t even close to what you expect from a hotel stay. Would not stay here again."

"Great location and good facilities for Peak 9 lifts. Free shuttle to Gondola Connect. Walking distance to Main St. Perfect for individuals and family skiers. Parking extra but worth the hassle otherwise. Loved the free ski gear lockers. Location made the stress free ski experience for my family."
