「Very nice rooms. Comfortable bed. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because as I was getting ready in the morning a very strong odor of cigarette smoke was coming through the ceiling vent/fan. We were in a non-smoking room and I didnt have the fan on, so not sure how that was possible. 」

「Room was clean, extra linen on request, bathroom was clean, quiet, pool was clean. Continental Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit, breads, etc every day. We felt safe and happy. 」

「Housekeeping is upon request, but the Continental breakfast was good, staff were kind, room was clean but the bed could have been more comfortable. This was our second time staying here and it was nice returning to a familiar place. Right down the road from Medieval Times and 10min away from Woodfield Mall. 」
