「Room was great our fireplace wasn't working and unfortunately the only reason we went to keystone this weekend was to sit in front of the fireplace while a giant snow storm happened lol they tried their best to fix it multiple times but it just wouldn't work. They did offer to move us but at that point we were leaving on 12 hours so we just dealt. Appreciate them trying to do whatever to make us happy! 」

「Location, location, location! Right next to the ski lift and shops which made everything so much easier for our little ones. The lodge was large, spacious, and very clean.」

「Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. 」

Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety to start the day. What really stood out was the staff. 「The property is amazing. There is construction around the property itself but other than that. I would absolutely recommend the property for a nice vacation!」

「We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family.」
