"Great property, perfect location with great amenities. Right around the corner from Main St, ski lift is right out the door, jacuzzi and pool overlooking the mountains, pool table and game room for kids. While everyone else is driving, parking and bussing in you’re sleeping, eating breakfast and walking over to the ski lift. Couldn’t ask for a better property. "

"Residence inn by Marriott Breck Parking $46/night! No towels left at pool, full stack of dirty towels next to pool door not being washed. Check in super quick! No lock on bedroom door. Very small pillows. Rooms were quiet. Hot tub gets busy. Small lobby bar open 4-10pm is nice. Outside seating. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. Very close to shopping and skiing. Can walk everywhere easily. Shuttle to hill you can put skis in back while riding. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The only hiccup was some repair work in the elevators that made a ton of noise. The GM was responsive however and the project was only due to last a couple more days. "

"The location is fantastic, but… we were given incorrect information by Expedia that directed to wrong location for check in. Once sorted, after an hour, only one room key worked and the parking pass was missing. They knew the pass was missing but said nothing. The management company did help once contacted. The front desk is very reluctant to help since this unit is privately owned and managed by a separate company. We felt embarrassed. They told use we are not allowed to use pool towels. No WiFi password. TVs barely worked, constant buffering and freezing. Skylight does not latch shut. We should not have to spend our time chasing down the management company to solve problems. "
