Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Shreveport
Workers were friendly but there is a need for valet parking. The gentleman that assisted was with our luggage to our room was outstanding. We think his name was Jraig the bellman. Very professional.

The property & room was nicer than what was in the pictures! The staff is so nice and helpful there as well! The pool was beautiful and everything was so clean!
