「Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.」

「We stayed for two nights and left after a wedding we attended. The young lady at check-in was very friendly, accommodated my husband's request for a first floor room without hesitation (due to his leg issues). The beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean - soaps, towels, hair dryer were all supplied. The hot water lasted to the end of my shower. Pillows were soft, fluffy. We view the Monarch as a true gem for the city of Moscow. We will not hesitate to stay at the Monarch the next...

「Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. 」

「The cabins were very nice and the beds and pillows comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to close (blackout) the curtains at night as the outside area light shines through the middle of the curtains. There was a sheer curtain on the same rod which prevented the curtain from closing all the way. But a minor thing in the overall experience. It was nice to sit in the glider chairs onthe porch in the morning and sip coffee.」

「Great night's stay in a beautiful part of the country on our way to Glacier NP. Great reception on arrival, comfortable room and a nice simple breakfast. Would stay again.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. We had issues with the TV, but the staff was quick to resolve. We had a dog, and it was great accommodations for him. The trail along the river was wonderful.」
