「Didn't care for having "front desk" across the parking lot in another building. Didn't mention that, when making reservation.」

「At check in I let them know that I had paid for the upgrade room with the couch. They stated that they don’t have those rooms so I asked for a fold away bed, they said they didn’t have those either. They said they would give me extra blankets so one of us could sleep on the floor. I explained that all 3 of us were disabled and we were not sleeping on the floor! They did not offer any money back or accommodations. No elevator was on site so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and saw blood...

「This was a very unfortunate stay. I would not recommend at all. This is an old hotel that is trying to renovate but is FAR from where they need to be. The king beds are in a bed frame for a double so when you sit in the edge is the mattress is falls over. The staff were very accommodating and switched us rooms but this still was not a fix for the issues. The poor front desk lady and the maintenance man seemed to be the only staff and they were working So hard and I appreciated them! But I would...

「A newer hotel located on a bluff with wonderful views of the Clearwater River Valley. Our room was clean and very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the view. I definitely would stay there again.」

「Bathroom had poo in the toilet and the bed was slept in. The rest of the room looked clean. Staff moved us to another room with stained chair and nasty remote and hairballs on carpet. We were part of a large group and no one else experienced the gross stuff. Rest of the Property was clean and continental breakfast was nice.」

「The second floor has absolutely no sound damping so you hear everything. The bed forced you to the center because it is so wore out. I normally don't complain but these issues are to tough to ignore. I found the room spotless and the gal I spoke with was excellent and helpful.」

「The complimentary breakfast was not great, the fruit looked dated the waffle mix was out, the milk for the cereal was in a pitcher sitting on the counter not chilled and the bread items felt a bit stale they had gravy for the biscuits but it was served in a crock pot that looked like it was just put back in the fridge each day and reheated over and over . I did like that they had small containers of yogurt that were chilled and they did have a good selection of waffle toppings had there been mix...
