「I have been a frequent traveler since 2013 and have stayed at many Best Western properties over the years. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. The online pictures are extremely misleading regarding the “waterfront/beach” property, pool area, and surrounding grounds. There is essentially no beach as portrayed in the listing photos. The only issue we had was with housekeeping. We were never told that we had to specifically request room cleaning service.
