"The rooms gave us the greatest sleep as they were perfectly air conditioned and as there are no windows they are dark at night! Great positioning in central London. There is no fridge or coffee making but the cafe on site is great to grab a quick coffee or bite to eat before venturing out. We used the cafe space in the evening to bring food back too rather than eating out every night. Would use again with our two teenage daughters!"

"We stayed Sunday night. Disappointed the cocktail bar was closed. Pre paid for breakfast, not shown on hotel computer had to show confirmation. I didn't like seeing the used bed sheets lying on the floor in the corridor by room 174. The linen carts were full. Full bags and sheets just lying on the floor infront in piles. Cross infection risk. Airborne dead skin cells!!!! Not good. I would expect better from a 4* hotel. At least hid them in a storage area!"

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Room Service, front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar, both of which offered great food, drinks, and service. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was a great way to start the day."
