「**Disappointing Stay at Marriott**
I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The first room that I stayed had persistent air conditioning issues and disturbing noises, which made resting difficult. After a frustrating room change, I was given the wrong key when trying to retrieve my adapter, and the staff didn't acknowledge the inconvenience.
As a loyal Marriott guest, this experience fell far below expectations and I never got a apology from the hotel.」
「The sound insulation between the rooms is not very good. Last night I enjoyed the snoring of the neighboring room all night, I didn't sleep well last night」
「Everything about our stay was wonderful. A great value for the money. My only complaint, or rather suggestion, would be a better variety of breakfast foods to select from. Other than that, no complaints.」
「KD was very polite and respectful, and very attentive to our needs. He forgave us on the hair color stain on the pillowcase, it was accidentally smeared as I just got my hair dyed a couple of days ago when we checked in. The lady that took care of the room upkeep was very nice too. I think the hotel has just been renovated, and now been operated as a family owned business. I will consider staying here in this hotel again when I visit back Vallejo」
「Property manager was amazing, communication was very clear and helpful. The sheets are a little scratchy, and the floors are like a black vinyl, when I walked barefoot with my family on the floor floors, our feet got very black. We did stay in a room that allows pets, however, the floors were too dirty. I would stay here again, stopping through.」
