「I stayed at this hotel while attending a volleyball tournament with my niece because it was conveniently located about five minutes from both tournament venues. When I arrived around 1 PM, I asked about the possibility of early check-in. I was told early check-in was not available, but the front desk kindly gave me my room key so I could go directly to the room later that evening after the tournament, which I appreciated. Before leaving for the tournament, we briefly went upstairs and noticed...

「the only elevator working was loud and scary with a total of a 4 person capacity. being on the 6th floow was not fun when needing to go down. especially if multitple people are waiting for the elevator. the water of the pool was not clear and was questionable. the room was dusty and not very clean.」

「I enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Pyramid North very much! Rooms were spotless, and the staff was courteous. The gym was the best gym I've ever seen in a hotel: two rooms with six treadmills, top-quality ellipticals, weights, etc. Comfy sitting area in the lobby and free newspapers. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and dispensary in the showers, which is environmentally friendly. The bed was a little too soft for me, but I like firm mattresses.
