"Our clerk was great at customer service. She was very busy but kept a calm and pleasant attitude. We had to change rooms because the ac was down in our room and she didn't hesitate to do so which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels I've stayed at that made this kind of thing seem like a major inconvenience."

"The hotel was under renovations when we went and for it being under Reno, they kept it organized and clean. Overall comfortable, the buffet was lacking (but we also got there rather late.) the food was good though! Only thing I didn’t agree with was housekeeping knocking at 9am to see if they could clean. "
