「The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!」

「The breakfast was great! Only disappointing part was the pool was not open. Otherwise staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「Only 2 rooms on the 2nd floor that were short of ready. Smelled like paint really bad as the majority of the second floor was being painted My room smelled like it was just painted. Highly unsatisfied」

「The first room assigned I walked in and the AC was off and the room wasn't cleaned. It was 100 degrees outside. Got assigned a second room on 3rd floor with no elevator, room ok, but AC was set at 60 and room didn't get below 78 degrees, so it ran constantly. As I was leaving and checked under the bed for my stuff, there was clothing and trash from previous stays. And the 3rd floor was hot and smelled like dirty diapers.」

「Comfortable room plenty of space for the 3 of us. Train came through several times but did not blow its horn. Could hear and feel the rumble. Something to be aware of.」
