曼哈頓親子飯店，旅行前必看！

「The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!」

「We normally stay at sonesta when we go to Kansas to see our son (on average we are there for 7 to 9 days equalling over $900.00 usd)that's in the army and normally no issues. This time we had a issue checking in the room, we were told that there was only one person cleaning the entire hotel so we had to wait. Then just to get a simple receipt the gentleman said he doesn't give any only Expedia does. Which that would be the case if we paid Expedia but we paid the hotel we only booked on...

「The property was undergoing renovations, but still managed to be clean. Al of the amenities were still accessible. Our double queen room was very spacious. Overall it was a pleasant experience that made our weekend trip much more delightful.」

「The staff (night clerk) was very cordial and well mannered. He even dug out a charging cord for my old flip phone that I had unintentionally left at home and also computed a map to a friend's address in Manhattan so I could find his home.」

「The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean too they just need to wipe walls as they were dirty and there were buggers on the wall. The breakfast was okay they had sausage, biscuits and other items. Overall I would stay here again.」
