「Gorgeous grounds a view. Very comfortable bed. Room 1109 was somewhat dated and kitchen appliances were very old. Coffee maker didn’t work. Staff very friendly!」

「Overpriced and you can’t get any service. The front desk staff are not trained to do much. “I don’t know” was all I got. How are you tasked to work the front desk, where customers are expecting to be helped and you have to ask your manager about every question? I asked to change my form of payment and was told “ I don’t know how to do that”. I asked about late check out and was told “I have to ask my manager”. Very standard questions, no answers. I was an idiot for having chose this hotel....

「We rented a 2 bedroom suite lakeview and we had 5 people. 3 adults and a 6 and 4 year old. It was a great amount of space. The kids loved the pool. It was nice and large and warm water. Nice big deck around the pool to sit at the many tables. Great view, walking trail and right next to Sonny’s Restaurant. Our first time staying there and will definitely go back.」

「Great stay in Suring! The property was very comfortable quiet and enjoyable. The kitchen was well equiped. Washer and dryer is new as is all of the property. Located 150 yards from the public boat launch! Was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay at this location again. 」
