「Beware of Hidden Fees on Deposits. I left a "100% refundable" security deposit with this business. However, when it was returned, they deducted the credit card processing fees from my money. When I asked about it, they claimed the front desk informed me of this policy, but I have absolutely no recollection of that ever being stated. Square's rules explicitly state that merchants should not use standard transactions for security deposits, and processing fees are a business cost—not something to...

「Great location and cool vibes. Pool and bar area is so nice. Hotel room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, but the staff made it right by replacing the sheets and giving us free mimosas in the morning.」

「Very nice owners and clean room. No bugs, no roaches. None. The only bad thing is the pet fee. Staying here a week and they charge $30 a day for two cats. That gets expensive! Our room does not at all smell like cats. My wife got a small mop from the store and mops twice a day to keep everything very clean. We believe it is important to leave a room cleaner than when ypu came. A few other things that were undesirable was some homeless guy running back and fourth on the sidewalk next to the motel...

「my family and me got three rooms they were all supposed to have microwave and refrigerator not all rooms did the beds were supposed to be queens they weren't they didn't have hot water there were roaches crawl I the microwave and refrigerator the toilet seat was broke there was Holes in the wall the showers were nasty had hair everywhere and there was hair on one of the beds when we walked in they came by the room to see if we needed towels or anything this was the worst trip I've ever took...
