Loved the hotel. We were put in a handicap room and the shower floods the bathroom every time we use, but was given extra towels when we asked. Great staff and very clean hotel

Overall, our experience was good. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. However, my son slept on the sofa bed, and the mattress was uncomfortable because the springs could be felt through it. I went to the front desk to ask if they could provide an extra comforter to place over the mattress to make it more comfortable for him. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not provide one and that only the items specifically intended for the sofa bed were available. This was disappointing, as I was simply trying to make sure my son could get a comfortable night’s sleep. Aside from this issue, we had a good overall stay.

Having the couch area was actually much more convenient than I expected and room was generally clean. Price seemed relatively reasonable. Only complaints are with the amenities. There was 1 washer and 1 dryer downstairs and they were just as expensive as the laundry place down the road, and unfortunately the fridge was tiny (which I expected at least a fridge with the very small freezer section on top since this was advertised as a "4-star" hotel but it was literally a 2-shelf fridge, no freezer portion) which was inconvenient since I had to stay for 3 weeks for medical appointments and most of the space was taken up by refrigerated medications. I chose this hotel due to the 4-star tag, but I wouldn't entirely deem this as "4-star" amenities.

The room was a great size for my family of 5. Breakfast was okay. Staff were very friendly. A/C was quick to cool the room perfectly! I will say I think the carpets could use a better cleaning. I have a crawling baby and it was annoying that his clothes got so dirty after 10 mins of crawling around and I would have to wipe his knees and feet too when his clothes didn’t cover those spots. But other than that the room/bathroom were clean.

Nice place to spend the night. Staff was nice and polite. Unfortunately, due to construction areas, traffic is delayed and took us a while to get there.

The staff was great & my check-in was seamless! There really wasn't a huge breakfast selection, however I'm not a huge breakfast person anyways. The room was very clean & spacious, and the air conditioning was very accommodating. It actually got cold & stayed cold the entire night. Which made for a good's night rest.

The pool is small for the property size, breakfast is basic and not very tasty. Room was big and spacious, cleaned everyday and so was the beds and towels, which was great! Loved that. Very nice place. Will definitely stay again!

Room was very clean. Very accommodating for a family of 6. We had 2 queens and a sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest but it was ok for 2 days. Also, no fan in the restroom after hot showers. There is construction and a train close by but it did not bother my 2 year old at all. Breakfast was decent, the lady that takes care of the breakfast was sooooo nice! Definitely recommend for families.
