「It's a very old historical building so it was unique and had charm. We had one room upstairs and one in the pet wing since we had our dog. The room in pet wing wasn't as nice, and you could hear everytime some open or closed the doors so our dog barked alot, but its a great location if you plan to go to the Cuyahoga Valley national park. 「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」
