「The property is very new and public areas are kept cleaning. Housekeeping was a problem. Daily service was posted. Our room was serviced only 50% of our stay and we had to go to the front desk to get the room serviced on these days. Several days the rooms next to ours were serviced but ours was skipped. 」

「From the moment you arrive and look at the very cool structure that this old Cole bottling plant was and how it’s been transformed to a very cool and beautiful hotel. The entire staff was kind and attentive. The lobby has a pool table that seems to be used quite a lot by guests. There is nice bar next to the lobby that offers great cocktails. We were on the 2nd floor of a 4 floor building with the widest and longest corridors that are beautifully designed with cool discoveries every 10ft. The...
