「Zoe on reception was amazing nothing was too much trouble, I’d phoned prior to going to the hotel with a query and she dealt with it straight away. Also the young guy and another gentleman were really helpful when our tv wasn’t working, they promptly sorted another room for us, which was more spacious. Loved our stay will definitely be back.」

「Great location, with really well appointed rooms that seemed to squeeze in a lot with the only miss we could tell was a desk to work on, though this reflects the fact these rooms are less targeted towards business travellers and more those visiting the city for leisure.
