"Facilities were above standard, the spa was very good amoung UK standard. However the lady who served us in the reception was very unprofessional. She just helped us to check in only, without telling us where the facilities were, the time of breakfast, the wifi accessibility, the check out time etc. Seems she was not bother to talk to you. Also, the restaurant in the hotel was horrible, no service at all, and the food were overcooked, still charge you a service charge. Quite disappointed on the hotel service."
