"The room was very clean, bathroom was clean and updated. Not much in the way of additional seating in the room. Bed was comfortable."

"First and foremost, everyone at this hotel was incredibly kind and helpful and we were met with a smile by all employees during our visit. Our room was a bit outdated but clean and relatively inexpensive considering how close we were to Provincetown. Housekeeping checked in every day to ask if we needed new towels, etc. and were so nice. There were groundskeepers tending to the property daily and it showed. The hotel had their own bayside beach. Conveniently, there was a bus stop directly across from the hotel taking us to and from Provincetown free of charge. It would be a great family friendly place to stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would be happy to stay here again. The owners take pride in their hotel and it really showed."

"The cottage was very clean and well maintained. A few small upgrades would have made our stay a bit more comfortable - a full length mirror, curtains in the bathroom (the deck of the two story home behind ours look directly in our bathroom), a nightstand on both sides of the bed and maybe some shelves or areas to put clothing away (there was a TINY dresser not large enough for one person). The location was perfect and we could walk out to the beach. Communication with management was limited - no instructions on check out, no copy of a bill but since we had no issues I'm guessing all charges are correct. Overall for the price we paid we are happy with the cottage but it was smaller than we anticipated so we probably won't stay there again."

"This was a great hotel for the price!! Clean room, adjustable ac (by degree not just high & low), microwave, mini fridge and small coffee maker. Also there was a small patio in the back, pool, swing set for the kids and can walk over to Laura & Tony’s for breakfast. Great location! Will definitely be staying here again!!"
