"Went to the rooftop bar and ordered an Iced Tea. The hostess said they didn't have iced tea. REALLY Yup Really The walls between the room are as thin as paper. Three nights in a row I had to call the front desk to quiet the neighbors. It sounded like a construction site or hearing your neighbor's radio /TV, or them arguing. If you want a good night's sleep, go somewhere else. VERY Cheaply Constructed. "

"Bad service. I stay at toom 339 for 2 night. At 2nd day morning, i asking for a new towel to receiption, and she said the newtowel will be change by room service when they make up our room. When i get back there in the night, our room still mess, no one make up that room and no new towel. When im complain to receiption, instead of they deliver that towel to my room, she ask me to go to receiption room to grab it by my self. Will never back there again"

"Lobby is kept clean however the rooms need a lot of help. Seemed like staff did not change pillow cases in our bedroom. I requested a change on the pillow case and instead of a change the pillow was removed out of our bedroom and not replaced. The bathroom seemed not properly clean. The bathtub had a rim of dirt and streak marks from previous shampoo use. The room had carpet which also seemed not vacuumed. Overall, not a good experience in this hotel"

"The CONS: The property itself was old and could use renovation. We stayed 4 nights and no one came to clean the room. Despite being in an accessible room there was no fridge, something to consider if you take meds that require cooling. The room was accessible for the most part, but the desk chair would have to be moved if you in a wheelchair. The bathroom was accessible with roll in shower and had a shower bench and a handheld shower head. The supply hose for the shower head was taped, this is a $20 replacement. The floor in the bathroom is not leveled properly that it creates a puddle in the bathroom, which is a slipping hazard. The PROS: Sink is accessible, bed was super comfy, staff is super nice. Check in was smooth with Marzette. Location is convenient, everything is close by. Denny’s is across the street. The hotel was quiet."

"The first room was dirty, linen had stains and mattresses were disgusting with stains on it. The second room was equally disgusting the bathroom smelled over urine. And the mattresses had remnant of bedbugs around the head if the mattress and the second bed had"

"This property is fine. The common areas are clean and the staff were all kind, helpful, and professional. The room was dated and smelled musty / of smoke (when you enter this property, any seasoned traveler will recognize this is just a given for a hotel of this type and caliber); we self resolved this issue with a quick trip to Walmart for some Febreze and a plug-in air freshener. While the room was otherwise "clean", it was tired. There were visible stains on the curtains and headboards. The towel rack on in the bathroom was partially broken and the bathroom sink didn't drain well. On the positive, the bed linens were fresh and clean, as were the towels. Overall, we'd probably stay here again. This hotel is an excellent value for a multi-day stay, if you can get past what we've shared above. None of the conditions above were deal breakers for us, but they may be for you."
