「Convenient location for walking downtown & across rd to beach. Beautiful tropical foliage & lighting on grounds. Delicious locally made bagels & toppings + yogurt for easy balcony breakfasts. Refreshing pool - hot tub area. Safe & non-noisy area. 」

「The property is absolutely disgusting!! Management horrible!! Bathroom Sink rusted, comforter ripped, absolutely dirty!! Room dusty and smelly, I didn’t stay, It took me 3 minutes and immediately went downstairs to say that I wasn’t going to stay and I explained to them why, and the guy yelled at me saying that I will lose my money (which I did in fact) there were cigarette pots everywhere, stairs vomited, dog poop and pee all around, I had to wipe my shoes before going into my car after walking...

「The breakfast menu and buffet were very good. The gentleman who prepared the fresh omelets was amazing. He did a great job. The room was nice and clean. The cleaning services were exceptional. They took pride in making sure our room was clean and stocked. The only downside to my visit was waiting an hour and a half for our luggage to be delivered to our room. 」

「Property was new and beautiful and very clean. Location was close to the beach, probably a 8 minute walk. They need to work on supplies, towels were not adequate for the number of guests, they were not delivered daily. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues and the body wash dispenser was empty. We had to repeatedly ask for all of this. 」

「I came in on an early bus, and the staff was so lovely they let me check in 3 hours early without an extra charge. When I got to my room it was so clean I could have eaten off the floor. Everything was perfect. I would love to stay here next time I require accommodations in Venice. My rating is 12 out of 10, I'm beyond pleased with the experience.」

「If you’re looking for a laid back option within walking distance to the beach and village it is a convenient place to stay. The room amenities are very limited so make sure you come prepared. 」

「We usually stay at resorts so we are used to more space in the room and the property, but this property is kept in excellent condition, the staff are friendly and are actually happy. My family had a great time, Thank You!」

「We booked 2 rooms, the hotel is nice and clean, good location near waffle house & whisky Joes. Breakfast was good, the hotel looks like it has been renovated, at least the bedrooms, the bath not much, overall for the price paid is very good.. i did see a small roach in my br the last night :(」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」
