「4/5 stars. Would stay again. Pros: - GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway. - Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior. Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

「Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. 「Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great.」

「Great apartment but the building's main door was malfunctioning and we could only get in when a resident with a key entered/exited. Also the wifi didn't work. The provider sis not offer any support or compensation, otherwise this would have been a perfect stay.」

「The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.」

「The whole floor was clean and organized. The whole floor also felt inviting and comforting. We enjoyed how close we where to everthing. We were both so happy with found this apartment. 」
