"The staff was absolutely amazing however the resort is in need of a lot of repairs. We switched rooms due to the hot water not working. Then the resort didn’t have wine, the “2nd restaurant” was only for the “honeymoon package” and the beach bar never opened. The views were beautiful and we made the best of it! The beach and sunset were spectacular. We heard the property sold when we were there so hopefully the needed repairs are done. "

"This is definitely a resort that caters to an older and less active clientele. Other than the pool there are no "activities" to speak of on the resort, other than tennis courts that are a 1/4 - 1/2 mile walk away from the main area. They were also short on pool chairs, so if you don't get there early you might not get one. The food was "good", but the options are very limited. Only 3 Lunch/Dinner restaurants and 1 Breakfast buffet. If you want food during the day you'll have to get it from the Pool Bar or flag someone down at the Main Bar. As for the bars, they don't open until 12pm and EVERYTHING shuts down promptly at 10pm. If you're looking for anything to do after that it had better be in town. The rooms were nice, but the water in the shower/tub/sink never got HOT and the room never really got cool enough to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was a very pretty resort, if not a little overpriced, and definitely for people at a slower pace."

"You get what you pay for here. Generic liquor and beer. Buffet was subpar but the other restaurants were good. The grill by the pool was my favorite. Our view in room 2003 was spectacular. The staff that made the biggest impressions were Katherine, who took us out on kayaks, and Jasmine, and Kevin who always had a smile on their faces and positive energy! The beach was public, so you are bombarded with hawkers. We didn’t spend any time there except for kayaking. Overall, it was nice for the price. "

"I was very impressed with this resort. The staff were all very friendy and the buffets had a great selection with fresh & delicious food. I wish there were pool side snacks (chips, finger foods, etc). The beds were good just the blankets werent that great (couple sheets and a fleece blanket). The restaurants were good too, but you cant make reservations which was annoying. Overall very great stay!"

"Staff was very disorganized. Check-in process was not efficient. Servers were essentially absent. Shuttle service was a disaster (had book in for the shuttle during check in, however when it came time to board the shuttle it became first come first served). "

"Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. There are times (between breakfast / lunch / dinner) where the food options are limited. Nightly shows are average. Pools are wonderful; but close early - 6pm. Overall a great experience "

"Beautiful setting, lots of shade, right on the beach, rooms were impeccably clean and modern. Welcome staff don’t do a great job of explaining the amenities or food offerings, but we were able to discover them ourselves or from guests who had been there a few days before us. Zero entertainment, which suited us just fine, but our teen found it hard to keep busy. "
