"This hotel was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is so nice and helpful, we had an amazing server named Kendi and an even more amazing bartender named Adrian! They were both so friendly and really took the time to make sure we felt welcomed and at home. The place was immaculate, the room was huge with 2 private outdoor seating areas, a living room, full kitchen and even 2 bathrooms. The food was one of the best things here, everything freshly prepared and the chef is always there asking everyone if everything is ok. The alcohol beverages at the bar are all top shelf which you dont find at many all inclusive resorts. It is an amazing place for families or couples who just want to relax and unwind. This is definitely not a party place if thats what you are looking for. They have private access to the beach and 2 big beautiful pools with swim up bars and hot tubs. They offer free bike rentals as well as kayaks. We went in July and the weather was amazing. I cant express sufficiently just how great this place is, I will definitely be back to visit next year and If you have never been, it is a place I would hands down recommend blindly."

"The property has stunning views, and some of the staff are really amazing. The included breakfast is decent, and consistent each day. We tried the dinner menu one night and was not as good as some of the options in Tamarindo. Definitely not the nicest option if you are looking to stay at the hotel the entire time - the rooms are definitely outdated and not the cleanest. Everytime our bed sheets were changed and towels were exchanged, they were always stained. The shuttle runs hourly during this time of the year (we went in July) which is good to get down to Tamarindo as the hill is quite steep, but definitely not as convenient on the way back. Overall, a decent stay for the price we paid."

"The staff are what make this place! Jessica in the dining area was wonderful and felt like family in just the three days we stayed at the resort! The rooms were clean and every staff member goes above and beyond to be helpful. Scott the GM is doing a great job running the resort and it shows in the attitudes of his staff. Great sunsets from the beach as well. Would love to return to visit again soon!"
