「Great pool. Clean room 」

「Our flight got canceled so we spent one night here. The free shuttle to/from the airport was great. The pool was nice as was the free breakfast. My only complaint is that we could not get the staff on the phone after many attempts over several hours. We were exhaused after a stressful airport experience. It would have been nice to not have to go to the front desk to ask for a simple item (not enough towels in our room for the number of guests booked).」

「Extremely expensive for what you get. 1st come 1st serve for shuttle and hard to access the city by walk (uphill). Allowing guests to smoke in the pool. Hotel and amenities falling apart (not well kept or maintained). Drinks majorly diluted. Had curdle milk in my coffee, was told by staff that was normal and we're adamant on not changing it. Completely dismissed for 375$ a night we we're expecting alot more. I would rate this hotel a 2-3 star max. 」
