"Excellent customer service…breakfast is at 7 a.m. , we received word that we had to be on the road for 5:00 a.m. when we came to the foyer, the lovely lady had a few things for us on the road. Boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit. Very clean, comfortable sleep. 10/10 in every aspect of our stay."

"The location of the property is great! Conveniently located near shopping, local restaurants and beach access! All staff we encountered were so nice, knowledgeable of the area and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. If you plan on being in the room a lot you may struggle with limited amenities in the rooms, but all the basics were there and let’s be honest the best things on the coast aren’t in the hotel room, they are on the sandy shores and historic bay front. My only negative complaint is no hand soap in the room and a few more hangers would have been helpful. All in all we love staying at the Waves hotel."
