"Lovely hotel for Yorkshire wildlife park. It makes visiting much more enjoyable at a reasonable cost. Especially when travelling from some distance away. The staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The wild bistro do a great breakfast but could do with healthier options for dinner. Otherwise a perfect stay. "

"Overall, Holiday Inn at St Stephen's is a great location. It is in Hull city center and in walking distance to a lot of things. It is joined to the mall, which has a good section of restaurants, so it's a great spot to stay. Jamie, who works in the kitchen during breakfast was phenomenal and provided beyond excellent customer service. He made sure we had vegan sausages ready for us every morning. The housekeeping could be better. We stayed in our room nearly 2 weeks and it was never vacummed. We also had to ask a few times for toilet roll and tissue paper because it was not topped off. Other than that would highly recommend."

"The clean and well equipped rooms are in a separate building to the pub itself so there are no food smells or customer noise. The setting is lovely with walks and the marina nearby. There is plenty of parking (free). All in all, great value for money."

"No hot water to shower, upon informing the team was told, yes we are aware and it has been reported. Great but doesn’t really help when you have to shower cold and pay for the pleasure. Disappointingly no apologies was offered at any point."
