「Great location , staff and hotel in Huddersfield」

「酒店陳舊，內裏設施非常破爛，地氈感覺不清潔，房間隔音亦很差，酒店外面環境複雜」

「All night reception was brilliant as I booked to stay after a wedding and hadn’t checked in before hand. Bed clean and comfortable, bathroom had everything needed and there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The only thing that let it down was at breakfast we missed out on being offered toast and I didn’t get chance to ask for decaf tea when I was brought normal tea. Otherwise, absolutely lovely and it accommodated lots of the wedding party.」

「Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!」

「Nice place above a nice bar. Had some food and it was fine and a few drinks. Nice atmosphere and well situated in the town. Room was fine, settee was a bit big for the room but you can see what they are trying to do. Young woman who showed us round was nice and so too the young woman at breakfast.」

「It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night.」

「I did not get use of the room as the hotel was locked up despite calling and leaving messages there was no reply . I had the inconvenience of having to travel 12 miles to find another hotel .」

「Tried to check in after booking through Expedia only to be told that there was no booking in my name and they had no rooms available despite my booking a reference from Expedia and the money been taken from my account and which has still not been refunded to me. Very disappointed with both the Hotel and Expedia」

「Absolutely charming! The owner and staff outdid themselves with welcoming us later in the evening and making sure to seat us in the quite lovely dining room for a hot meal before retiring to our spacious guest room upstairs. The room was today and had lots of thoughtful amenities: tea, coffee, a variety of snacks, lots of toiletries. Breakfast was very good and served with warmth and hospitality. Definitely a wonderful place to stay. 」

「Very poor upkeep of building and rooms. Room was unclean and very dilapidated. Paid £9 for breakfast which was a tiny plate of mini muffins and mini croissants to choose from. Drinks machine with only tea cups available which meant the contents ran out into the machine and spilled over. Would definitely not recommend staying here.」

「It was a cosy cabin with everything we wanted, views of woodland on the other side across the path was the canal, plenty of bars & restaurants to choose from in Marsden.」
