"The walls are thin, you can hear neighbors and when the water goes on in the room above you, there is a high pitch screech that stops when they turn the water off. Other than these issues it’s ok. "

"We absolutely loved this hotel. Honestly it checked all of the boxes: free, delicious breakfast, close to the city/transport, clean/good staff! If you're looking to book a trip to NYC but don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle, this hotel is great since it's only about a 5 minute train to the city."

"Outdated, renovations in progress, close to airport with shuttle but in an area that made me feel unsafe. Too many people smoking marihuana bringing the smell inside and into the restaurant which is located close to the door to outside. Restaurant has very nice menu, it’s well priced and tasty but lacks in cleanliness and updated decor. Comfortable beds. I would not stay here again because of the area and cleanliness. "

A little taken aback at first that the breakfast buffet was $24 per person when we thought it was included, but the food was good and frequently replenished. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. And you get warm cookies and water on check-in, what could be better. "
