"Nice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to bus stop (bus 20) takes you to Magnificent Mile, The Bean…and bus 8 took us right to Rate field for a White Sox game. Just blocks down from Randolph Ave… lots of fun outdoor eateries!! Only recommendation- don’t take a room next to elevator because you’ll hear it go up and down ALL night long."

"Wonderful family property! Great breakfast in the morning- very walkable to popular attractions. Very convenient to Red Line if going to a game. City view room is a little noisy at night with sirens and an occasional radio blaring- not sure if an interior room is better for noise reduction, but overall- fantastic stay!"

"Me and my wife stood for a little getaway and celebration of our anniversary. This hotel and staff is wonderful great attitude cleanliness was beautiful. Food was great. We had sushi from one restaurant for dinner and then the next morning we had a breakfast buffet in the main restaurant. The food was delicious. "This is my go to hotel in the city. I went stay any place else. Even for an additional fee you can get breakfast included. I have stayed in both a reg room n a kitchenette thick it doesn't have a full kitchen or days have a microwave n a small fridge. Room is very nice"
