"The place is clean...i like our unit it has the kitchen and we had the basic utensils that we needed for eating and cooking. the bathroom is dainty and really clean ;-)"

"This is a one stop shopping location with beautiful oceanfront views. I came into town because my daughter was having surgery, but we made the most of the day before. We enjoyed our walk to the lighthouse which was a short walk away. We ate at the restaurant that had great prices and very reasonable happy hour cocktails. The clam chowder and the food were very yummy.. We loved the indoor hot tub and pool, along with the trails to the beaches where there were many interesting driftwood forts made to view. The entire experience was very relaxing, and I will definitely be back with my boyfriend to experience a romantic getaway at this location soon.."

"This place has free breakfast and coffee. If you go into the office around the corner is a coffee machine that makes different cappuccinos. Make sure you pick up one it is delicious. We love the large hot tub after the end of the day of being out walking 10,000 steps it was fantastic. This place was clean. The staff was helpful. There's even a limo on the property that will take you out to a restaurant. For free. Of course I would hope you would leave them a tip. If you're staying with a large party and you want everyone to have access to all the rooms they can take your room key and make sure your key will work at everybody's room and your party. That was so helpful when my husband needed to get the car key from my room. It's the best thing ever. You will love this little town. Every Thursday night on The veranda near the bay they have a live band. Make sure you make your way down there to listen to the music of Eureka.."

"The Lighthouse Inn has lots of personality in it's lobby decor... nautical murals and Victorian model homes frame the space. It's currently undergoing exterior siding renovations, so parking at the front of the hotel is difficult, but there was plenty of room at the back and a back entrance as well. We didn't hear construction noise. The rooms are spacious and clean, if rather dated in decor. One drawback was that the pillow cases were too small for the pillows and the flat sheet on our King bed was practically threadbare; the flat sheet was quickly exchanged for a thicker one (and we remade the bed) when I mentioned it to the front desk attendant. I think the management needs to invest in new king sheet sets. The breakfast was adequate with cereal choices, toast & bagels, coffee, etc."
