Decent for the price.
"I wasn’t expecting much however the service was good but the hotel definitely needs work when it comes to bathrooms. Since there are no shower doors in the bathrooms, the water flows out and flooded the entire bathroom to an extent that we couldn’t use it for the rest of the day and placed towels ..."

"This is great little bungalow hotel just outside of the main area of Mendocino. The rooms were modern and clean, the grounds are nice, and there's actually a quite good view of the ocean out of the back window of many of the rooms. All around, we had a lovely time and would stay here again!"
