「方便」

「We were checked in virtually...impersonal and unprofessional, in my opinion. Room assigned to us had a window that didn't lock and a curtain that had been cut. We reported it and were moved to a different room which was clean and had no damages. We lost about an hour of time (after a 12-hour travel day) to be able to explore Fort Bragg, due to having to try to communicate with the virtual person on the kiosk and changing rooms. Only complaint about the new room was the fitted sheet on the bed...

「The only issue was there weren’t enough towels. In fact, there was only one for three people, and it took a little bit of time to get extra ones, but they did come through the room that they gave us was the corner room, which had the most windows I’ve ever seen in any place I’ve rented and it was all across the entire water and across everything in the area I think it must’ve been the best room.」

「Room was very nice and clean. The room fit all four of us perfectly ! Great water pressure with lots of hot water . Pool was absolutely perfect temperature and the hot tub was relaxing . Great location for us to be in . We will be back for sure. Thank you for having us .」
