Once upon a time the sand was coated in brightly colored bits of sea glass, and social media is full of photos that make it look as if the sand still looks that way, but that isn't the case. Over the years the public has raided the beach of much of its glass. Now at first look, some might say it looks like any other ordinary beach. The room and bed were big, the hotel is within walking distance of some good food, and a cliffside trail is just down the way for a nice dog walk. The front desk was friendly, the indoor pool was clean, and the breakfast was pretty good with plenty of choices. Served well for a weekend away.

Everything was wonderful. The ladies running the front desk were delightful. The room was comfy and cozy, the bed was uncomfortable, but better than some other hotels. The pool was nice, being indoors made it fun and not cold! The hot tub was the best part. Great options in the vending machines. Breakfast was tasty! Real eggs and sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, juices, waffles, oatmeal, coffee, and all kinds of toppings. Nice little dining area with convenient bathroom, which was very clean!
