The best lodging we’ve stayed in while road-tripping the western coast of US. The location is phenomenal with a beautiful cove to watch the sunset. I highly recommend this to travelers and vacationers.

The grounds are beautiful and will become even more so, the private beach, the vision. Bathroom decor, my sisters room was more complete, nice to see what is coming.outside room seating, very nice Liked that parking was assigned Pickle ball perhaps needs its own parking area, sign ups not blocking the driveway.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Having access to the private beach was amazing. The pickle ball courts were fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that there is no fitness room even though it is advertised on the website.

This use to be the Pine Bech Inn. WOW, they have remodeled the place, and they did an excellent job. The grounds are beautiful. There is a dog run, fire pit that they light every night, soccer ball court and a BIG hot tub. There is an easy path to the beach that's paved. A little steep, but doable for old folks like me. I recommend staying here. It will get better with age.

We had such a great anniversary weekend stay at Mendocino Cove! The property is beautiful, and everything was really clean and well taken care of. They are very dog friendly, even giving us a dog bed and bowls for the room. The staff were all really nice and welcoming. They have pickleball courts right out front, a nice hot tub and saunas, and some fire pits on the property that were perfect for relaxing in the evening. There’s also a quick little pathway down to the beach and cliffs, which made it really easy to enjoy the coastline. My favorite part was the dahlia garden, that I learned were from a local farm, Earth Spoke Farms, and they were absolutely gorgeous! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the property had so many thoughtful details that made the weekend feel like a true getaway. Would love to stay here again once the renovations are complete!

We were lucky to stay here for their soft opening. The property does not have all their amenities running yet. No breakfast, hot tub, or food on site. But the rooms are immaculate. The decor is really nice. A few little kinks I am sure they will work out, but the experience was fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the back patio and open space to the garden, the short walk to a semi-private beach, and the pickle ball courts. The property was well maintained. The renovations and overall design of the room was great too— you can tell they put a lot of thought into it to make sure guests feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their stay.

The hotel is very clean . Our flights was delayed and we were running late I kept calling to let them know and get instructions but no one's would pick up or return our messages. We made it there right before the service desk was closing. The front desk lady said your key is in the box because we thought u were arriving after 10. A courtesy return call would have been nice!

Had a wonderful stay at Mendocino Cove! They were pet friendly and had a dog bed, bowls, treats and even towels for our little pup. Amazing grounds and property is well kept. Location perfect with a labyrinth and easy trek to the beach. Room was perfect for our daughter's birthday getaway. Had a bit of wifi issue upon check-in, but it was resolved the next day and didn't miss it all too much. It was relaxing and they really try to focus on wellness. Played some pickleball and the new courts were great! Can't wait to return once they have the spa up and running. Highly recommend staying here!

I loved this place! So clean, modern and very well designed. There is only one thing I would change - I wish the shower had a hand held shower head too so I could clean off the sand from my dog. Or maybe an outdoor shower station for the dogs as they come in from the beach? That would help on cleaning up the rooms after as well. But overall - Bravo! This place rocks.
