「Great location Great place to stay」

「Seriously in need of a major renovation. Peeling paint, old dtained carpet and furnishings. Bathroom a train wreck. 」

「Valet was amazing! Loved location of this property. Restaurants at property are nice and convenient. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our view was poor from our room-which was the roof and vent system and a wall, but we were not staying for the view and I am sure other rooms had great views. Very walkable area- to the theater and 16th street mall no problem at all. Lots of things to do in walking area. 」

「The Ritz Denver is underwhelming. Lackluster lobby, tired furnishings. The room was fine but every piece of furniture showed obvious wear and tear. There was nothing about this stay that was worth the $600+ price tag. Very disappointing. In a downtown filled with hotel choices, save your money and book elsewhere. Plus side - Michelle is a gem. Champagne offered at check in.」
