「The staff at the Enchantment Resort were fantastic, especially Valeria that helped us the morning after we arrived. We had problems with our toilet the first night as it kept running and although the team tried to fix the problem it didn't resolve the issue. The next day Valeria was able to move us to a new room immediately. I was really impressed by her help and the overall staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will use the Enchantment Resort again when we go back to Sedona next year.」
