「Great stay!」

「Room was great. Staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was delish! Kids loved it. The only “complaint” was that the phone in the room didn’t seem to work when I would call the front desk or house keeping. I eventually got an AI assistant that when I left request for towels to be brought, nothing happened. I should have walked down to the desk and taken care of it myself but I didn’t. Other than that, it was perfect. 」

「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」
