The heating and cooling unit was not working, the toilet seat would not stay up and the handle in the shower was broke/loose so you couldn’t regulate the water. I notified the front desk when we left. We never ask to change rooms because we were told they were fully booked. The staff was very nice.

I am already a fan of Hilton Garden Inns. This trip did not disappoint. When I traveled for my work life, I was a diamond member because it was my "go to" hotel. Now that I am retired and do not travel as much, my husband and I love Hilton Garden Inns. Clean, staff very helpful and friendly. This location in Huntsville AL was perfect for visiting the Space and Rocket Center and plenty of shopping and dining nearby.

Great stay at this property. Great location, and recent renovation was evident. They did a great job. Room was great, bed was comfortable and property well appointed. Only downside was that the Peloton Bike in the fitness center was not working.
