"The most helpful and courteous desk staff… second stay on the way back was even better. Desk person already looked ahead at my stay and applied my AAA discount before I even asked based on my first stay! Coffee was delicious too!!"

"The lounge was closed on Thursday. We went to a concert at Tanglewood and it would have been nice to have a nightcap. Might I suggest that you pole yiur guests and see if they are in town for a concert and if they would patronize the lounge if it was open."

"Employees were very friendly and helpful during check in. The hotel room was clean, comfortable. The continental breakfast offered was fantastic, plenty of fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, etc. Will stay here again!"

"The property is on a busy road. I was glad I asked for a room on the backside of the property. It was disappointing to find there was no coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was good. There was quite a variety of items. They had coffee, but no decaf coffee. A staff member suggested diluting the regular coffee with water. When you can’t have caffeine that’s not an option. I was glad we stayed there but probably wouldn’t go back."
