"From my check-in, throughout my stay and my check-out, everything was great! The staff were helpful and friendly. It was nice to have hot water for my showers. The breakfast was fantastic! Dinner was excellent. I look forward to my visit next week."

"We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from the management and had to post a request to cancel through Expedia and my credit card company. In addition, the place was run down and dirty and not all like the room depicted in the pictures online. Even in working condition, the room would have been a ripoff at the $250 per night they were charging. Stay away! There are plenty of other options close by."

"The hotel was beautiful. My room was very nice exactly what I needed. The decor was very inviting and the bathroom was amazingly beautiful as well as the lounge and grounds of the property. My only one wish was that there was coffee in the room. Although you just had to walk to the lobby to get coffee in the morning, you had to get up and get dressed first which would have been more convenient if coffee was already in the room."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed. Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick. They respond to texts right away and always very kind so shouldnt be a concern for those who are concerned that they are not speaking to someone in person directly. Will definitely stay again if the rates are reasonable."
